Store Policies

Processing Time
All items are made with care just for you! Please allow 1–3 business days for us to create and package your order before it ships.

Shipping

  • All orders ship with tracking included.

  • Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location.

  • If your package shows as “delivered” but you’re having trouble locating it, your local carrier will be the best first point of contact — but we’re always happy to help however we can.

Custom & Personalized Items
Many of our products are customized, so please double-check names, spellings, and design choices before submitting your order. We want your item to be perfect!

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because most of our items are custom made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase!

If there is an issue with your order or something arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement or another solution.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or there was an error on our end, just send us a message and we’ll take care of it.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Since we start working on custom items quickly, cancellations after that window may not be possible.

We cannot offer returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect spelling or personalization details provided at checkout

  • Size or color changes after the order is submitted

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
